St Helens MBC and Rochdale MBC have appointed Young & Co to complete refurbishment schemes at Parr Library, Parr, St Helens and Stanycliffe Social Centre, Middleton.
The refurbishment works to the two schemes include:
Parr Library – Roof repairs, roof light and blind replacement and masonry remedial works.
Stanycliffe Social Club – Removal of existing cement sheet roof and replacement in Kingspan KS1000RT insulated panel system including new rainwater goods, replacement windows / lintels and masonry remedial works.
