Your company recently re-roofed our bungalow. The project was organised and coordinated and progress monitored with us kept in the picture throughout the execution of the works.
One hesitates to single out any individual from this team, with the work of all of whom we are very pleased and with all of whom we enjoyed excellent relations, but since our daily contact was with the site manager we should like to tell you how favourably impressed we were with the way in which he explained details of the work as this progressed, how well queries were answered and how pleased we are with the finished job.
